Mendid Return Policy
All orders outside the continental United States are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
We accept returns on our products within 30 days of the purchase date if they have not been worn, washed, tried-on, or damaged in any way. They must be in their original packaging with proof of purchase.
You will be refunded the amount you paid minus shipping and handling fees within 60 days of requesting the refund. We do our best to process refunds as quickly as possible.
We do not accept returns after 30 days.
 
How to process a return:
Your order came with a packing slip. Please highlight the item you are returning, and write a note that you would like to return this item. Include this in the box.
Ship the item/s back to us using the method of your choice. We do not cover return shipping costs or provide prepaid shipping labels.
Once your order has shipped, please email your return tracking number and order number to returns@mendid.com.
Once received, we will process the return within 14 business days and a refund will be issued within 5-7 business days if all of the return criteria from above have been met. If we have questions, we will reach out to the phone or email provided on your order.

Exchanges:
We accept exchanges on our products within 30 days of the purchase date if they have not been worn, washed, tried-on, or damaged in any way. They must be in new condition. They must be in their original packaging with proof of purchase.

How to process an exchange:
On the packing slip you received with your order, highlight the item/s you want to exchange. Write in large writing EXCHANGE FOR _________ on the packing slip and put it in the box with the items you are exchanging. Make sure to include the new size and style you are exchanging for.
Ship the item/s back to us using the method of your choice. We do not cover return shipping costs or provide prepaid shipping labels.
 Once the order has shipped, email the tracking number and your original order number to support@mendid.com.
 Once received, we will process the exchange within 14 business days. If we have questions, we will reach out to the phone or email provided on your order.

Damaged Goods:
What is our warranty policy? 
We will replace items that have been deemed defective (not just normal wear and tear) within 30 days of purchase. 
When submitting a claim for a damaged item, email Customer Service a photo of the damage and your order number to support@mendid.com.
 Customer Service will review your warranty claim and email you with our decision and next steps if approved.
