These Official Rules (“Rules”) govern the Mendid Holiday Giveaway (“Sweepstakes”) sponsored by Mendid (“Sponsor”).

1. SWEEPSTAKES PERIOD

The Sweepstakes begins on November 24, 2025 at 12:00 AM CST and ends on December 2, 2025 at 11:59 PM CST (“Sweepstakes Period”). Entries submitted outside the Sweepstakes Period will not be eligible.

2. ELIGIBILITY

Open only to legal residents of the 50 United States and D.C., who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry.
Employees of Mendid, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and immediate family members are not eligible.
Void where prohibited by law.

3. HOW TO ENTER

A. Automatic Entry With Purchase

During the Sweepstakes Period, each order placed on Mendid.com qualifies as one (1) automatic entry into the Sweepstakes.

Multiple purchases = multiple entries.
Canceled or refunded orders are ineligible.

B. Alternate Method of Entry (No Purchase Necessary)

To enter without making a purchase, send an email to:

info@mendid.com with the subject line: “Mendid Holiday Giveaway Entry”
and include your full name, mailing address, email, and phone number.

Each email counts as one (1) entry.
Limit: one alternate entry per person per day during the Sweepstakes Period.

All alternate entries must be received by 11:59 PM CST on December 2, 2025.

4. PRIZES

Three (3) Grand Prize Winners will each receive the following prize pack:

No substitution, transfer, or cash redemption of prizes is permitted unless at Sponsor’s sole discretion.

5. WINNER SELECTION

On or around December 3, 2025, Sponsor will conduct a random drawing from all eligible entries received.

The odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.

Sponsor’s decisions regarding the Sweepstakes are final and binding in all respects.

6. WINNER NOTIFICATION

Winners will be contacted via the email or phone number provided.
Winners must respond within 72 hours to claim their prize.

If a selected winner:

  • fails to respond in time

  • is deemed ineligible

  • declines the prize

  • provides incomplete information

Sponsor may select an alternate winner via a new random drawing.

7. GENERAL CONDITIONS

By entering, participants agree to:

  • abide by these Rules

  • release Sponsor and its affiliates from any liability

  • accept the prize “as is” without warranty

Sponsor reserves the right to:

  • cancel, modify, or suspend the Sweepstakes if fraud or malfunction occurs

  • disqualify participants who tamper with the entry process or act in bad faith

8. PUBLICITY RELEASE

By accepting a prize, winners grant Sponsor permission to use their name, likeness, social media handle, and entry for promotional purposes without compensation, unless prohibited by law.
